摘要
在社会发展的历史长河中,每一次的社会转型都会带来社会职业结构的变革,从而对教育模式提出变革要求。目前,在工业社会向后工业社会转变的进程中,特别是世界金融危机以来的种种迹象证明:遵循着技术理性的高等职业教育发展路径已经滞后于具有高度复杂性和不确定性的职业结构。高等职业教育的发展只有从技术理性的发展路径向价值理性的发展路径转变,才能培养出适应新的职业结构的从业人员。
In the history river of social development, social transformation causes the changes of the social vocational structure from one time to the next, and what＇ s more, it also causes the changes of the educational modes. At present, on the transformation processes from the industry society to the post -industrial society, especially after the world financial crisis, many indications prove that the developing mode of the higher vocational education, which abides by the technology rationality, has been lagged behind the vocational structure, which are highly complex and uncertainty. Only when the higher vocational education developing mode changes from the technology rationality to the value rationality, the occupational personnel can be trained to fit in with the new vocational structure.
