摘要
本文采用汉语和英语"慢性肾功能衰竭心理护理饮食指导认知障碍"等为检索词,在网络上如CNKI等查找了近年来发表的文献102篇(摘要),根据新近性和代表性筛选出9篇中文和7篇英文进行综述。在查阅的大量中外文献中每篇文章都论证了心理护理和饮食护理的重要性,CRF是一种慢性病,且花费巨大,做好患者的心理护理和饮食指导非常必要。有效的心理护理可以改善慢性肾功能衰竭患者的心理健康状况,加强饮食指导可以避免肾衰的进展。
Objective The index of this paper is Chronic Rental Failure（CRF）, psychologieal nursing, diet guidance and cognition disorder both in English and Chinese. After reading 102 relevant papers; I summarized 9 Chinese papers and 7 English papers according to representativeness and recentness. When going through thousands of papers both in and abroad, I discovered that the imluortance of psychological nursing and diet nursing are emphasized in all articles. CRF is a chronic disease which costs patients a fortune. Therefore it is vital to provide patients psychological nursing and diet guidance. Result, Effective psychological nursing could improve patients＇ psychological condition and appropriate diet guidance could alleviate the process of rental failure.
