摘要
本文剖析了电子计数器测量时间频率的量化误差的来源，集中阐述了提高测量精度，减小量化误差的原理，介绍了一种成熟的高精度测时测频方法—游标内插法。文章还给出了游标内插法在实际使用中的测量结果。
This paper introduces a method of measuring time interval and frequency with high accuracy cursor interpolating.It analyzes the uncertainty of electronic counter,and describes the means of reducing the uncertainty.At last,the paper introduces a system of measuring time interval in modulation domain and shows the results.
