摘要
金融危机席卷全球,在经济衰退及裁员浪潮面前,女性比男性更有可能失去工作,因为就业中的性别歧视在一定的程度上来源于性别分工的作用和影响,而且往往被公共政策所默认。因此,需要政府积极作为,为女性创造更多的就业机会,建立健全促进女性就业的社会运行机制;需要社会热情服务,提供和创造促进女性就业的社会条件;需要女性努力进取,提高劳动就业层次和参与竞争的能力。
With financial crisis sweeping across the whole world, under economic recession and layoffs tide, women are more likely to lose jobs than men, because to a certain degree the sexual discriminations in employment originated from the function and influence of gender division and are recognized by public policies. Therefore the government should create more employment opportunities for women, set up and amplify the social operating mechanism to promote women＇ s employment. The society should provide service, offer and create social conditions. At last, wom- en should keep forging ahead to improve their employment level and ability of participating in competition.
