双光束随机扫描准分子激光PRK临床初步评价

摘要 采用Kera公司生产ISOBEAMD—200准分子激光器,该系统包含“双光束随机投光”导光系统以及“非对称不规则”演算方法等许多新技术。它可以治疗各种屈光不正及纠正其它准分子述后后遗症,对一年以上的PRK病人进行了术后随访观察,矫正视力恢复快而稳定,不良反应少。结论为:该系统先进的工作模式,克服了其它激光系统常出现的中心岛与偏心岛问题。 To evaluate the early results of PRK for correction myopia with Isobeam D-200 laser system. In this paper we present a new 'random projection' delivery method. And new 'fractal algorithm' was also to achieve diopter-by-diopter ablation. 34 patients received PRK for myopia by Isobeam D-200system. Ingroup A (lessthan-3. 00D), B (between-3.00- -6. 00D )and C (more than-6. 00D), after 12 months follow-up, their mean uncorrected visual acuity were 0.97±0.25, 0.81±0.37,0.81±0.27 respectively. With TMS-2 examination,central island has not been dectected, no other complications occured. The results demonstrate kera's laser ststem has good predicability and lack of island side effect.
