摘要
应用CO2激光切开挂线术，治疗肛瘘，除2例术后二月复发外，治愈率为96．56％，术后配合He—Ne激光局部照射，可加速病灶愈合。本疗法简便易行、治愈率高、复发率低、患者痛苦小、并发症少。
We have taken the operation called CO2 laser cutting and hanging with thread to anal. Which have reached 96. 56% success,except two cases with recurreme two months later. After the operation,we have applied He-Ne laser to the focus to speed the recorering. This treatment is simple and easy, with high percent effect, low recurrence, little pain and complication to patients.
