脉冲激光(固体YAG)焊接中参数制约的分析 被引量:7

Interact of Selected Parameters in Pulsed Laser Welding

摘要 脉冲激光焊接过程中,焊接参数的选取存在相互制约的关系。以电压和脉冲宽度为例,分析了产生制约关系的物理内因过程。所得结果有益于决定影响可变参数最大动态范围的最优参数点。 In pulsed laser welding,the selected parameters have bind effects mutually. This determine the presetting of parameter optimum value in some applications. This paper take the working voltage of laser and pulse duration as example,and analyze the binding relation owing to the physical interior procedure.
