摘要
为了实现视频监控的移动性、随时随地性,设计了在手机上以图片方式观看的监控系统。服务器端利用Java与JMF技术进行开发实现视音频的采集与存储。客户端手机利用GPRS功能访问服务器端用Tomcat构建的网站上定时刷新的图片,实现监控、云台控制及异常报警等功能。该设计适用面广,用户计费流量低,功能实用可靠。
In order to realize video monitoring removable and on-demand, a video monitoring system watching pictures are designed by handset. The server-side uses the video monitoring system based on Jave and JMF to collect and save the audio and video information. Any client cellphone with GPRS function can implement monitoring, controlling of pan/tile and alarming through the regular refreshed pictures on the website built on Tomcat web-server of the server. This system is applicable, low-cost, practical and reliable.
