摘要
通过对某选镍尾矿选矿工艺的试验研究,确定了尾矿中镍再回收的最佳浮选工艺条件和工艺流程,闭路试验从镍品位0.13%的尾矿中得到镍品位2.20%、回收率34.69%的镍精矿,使镍资源得到合理开发和综合利用。
After experimental study on the mineral processing of Ni - recovery for tailings from nickel concentrator, the optimum flotation conditions and the processing flowsheet were established. In the closed - circuit test, a Ni - concentrate of 2.20% Ni was obtained with a recovery of 34. 69% from the feed of 0.13% Ni. Thus, nickel resources can be rational exploited and comprehensive utilized.
