摘要 因为Bezier曲线的性质,用五点四次Bezier曲线来构造叶轮轴面流道中线。确定流道中线后,给定过流断面面积变化规律,根据中线位置推导前后盖板型线,并将其作为流道的两条流线。得到初步的轴面流道后,通过校核过流断面面积来进行修正,直到得到满意的结果。假设液体在同一过流断面上轴面速度相等,对轴面流道进行分割,确定分流线的位置。计算机编程计算表明,方法易于控制和修改轴面流道形状,具有比较高的实用价值。 Due to the properties of Bezier curve, it is used to construct the mean - line of axial flow channel of the impeller. Based on mean - line, the contours of front and back shroud are determined, which are considered as two streamlines in flow channel. By checking the area of cross - section to correct axial flow channel When liquid's axial velocities at the same cross - section are equal, the axial flow channel would be divided up. Numerical computation illustrates that the algorithm is flexible to control and modify the shape of axial flow channel, and is valuable in the engineering application.
