高校辅导员直接负责大学生思想政治教育工作和日常管理工作,是大学生思想政治教育的主力军。高校必须切实解决高校辅导员队伍建设中存在的问题和不足,提高高校辅导员队伍的综合素质,全面加强高校辅导员队伍建设,使高校辅导员在大学生思想政治教育中发挥更大的作用。
College counselors are directly responsible for the ideological and political education work and day-to-day management, which is the main force of the ideological and political education. Colleges and universities must realistically solve the problems and difficulties in the college counselors team building process, improve the comprehensive quality of college counselors, strengthen the college counselors team building. So that college counselors are able to play a greater role in the ideological and political education.
