摘要
目的:观察复方苦三芪胶囊对溃疡性结肠炎鼠模型的治疗作用。方法:采用二硝基氯苯、乙醇和乙酸综合刺激法复制溃疡性结肠炎鼠模型,以复方苦三芪胶囊高、中、低3个剂量分别进行干预,并从模型鼠疾病活动指数、结肠黏膜大体形态和镜下病理损伤积分观察其疗效。结果:通过15 d的干预治疗,与模型阳性对照组相比,复方苦三芪各剂量组模型鼠疾病活动指数、结肠粘膜大体形态和镜下病理损伤积分都有不同程度的改善(P<0.01或0.05)。结论:复方苦三芪胶囊对溃疡性结肠炎鼠模型的疗效确切。
Objective： To observe the therapeutic effects of the compound Kusanqi capsules. Methods： DNCB, alcohol and acetic acid were used to build the model of ulcerative colitis, which were treated respectively by the high - dose, mid - dose, low - dos compound Kusanqi capsules, and their therapeutic effects were appreciated by the disease activity index, mucous membrane of colon general appearances, pathologic damages. Results： Through 15 days treatment the disease activity index, mucous membrane of colon general appearances, pathologic damages in all compound Kusanqi capsules groups were superior to those in model control group （p 0. 01 or 0. 05 =. Conclusion： The therapeutic effects of the compound Kusanqi capsules are reliable.
