摘要
本文从可持续发展理论出发,选取了四个方面的水资源承载力指标体系进行了重点评价,分析了水资源对本区域经济发展压力态势,得出了相应结论。结果表明:本区域水资源对经济发展的压力是明显的,且呈动态趋势。为了解决本区域水资源与经济发展之间的矛盾,应在有限的水资源条件下,大力推行节约用水,全面建设节水型社会,以保证本区域2020年全面实现小康社会的目标。
Based on the sustainable development theory, the paper focuses on the four assessment indexes of water resources carrying capacity, analyzes the pressure trend of the regional water resources, and draws the corresponding conclusions. The conclusions show that the water resources pressure in the region is obvious, and the trend is dynamic. It shows that water conservation and a water - saving society should be promoted under the conditions of limited water resources in order to solve the conflict between water resources and economic needs, and the goal of building a well - off society in 2020 can be reached.
