摘要
本文通过对浙江企业技术研发的历程分析及典型案例剖析,总结归纳企业在不同阶段技术创新的特点、取得成功的经验和存在的问题。虽然企业创新成功的路径各异,但都与自身实力和政策环境紧密相关。在此基础上,研究提出现阶段提升企业自主创新能力的对策措施。
This paper summarizes the characteristics, successful experience and problems in enterprises＇ independent innovation in different phases of modernization, by analyzing the process of technology research and typical cases in Zhejiang province. The different approaches of successful independent innovation are closely related to both enterprises＇ strength and policy environment. This paper suggests countermeasures to improve enterprises＇ capability of independent innovation.
