介绍了一种用FET作为开关的高性能PIN开关调制器的工作原理和设计方法。给出了实际应用调制器的波形。
The operational principle and the design consideration of an advanced-performance modulator for PIN switch are described in the paper. It uses HEXFET as switch. The waveforms of a practical modulator are given finally.
