摘要
以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)、苯基三甲氧基硅烷、二苯基二甲氧基硅烷和甲基三甲氧基硅烷为原料,采用水解缩合法制备了聚硅氧烷阻燃剂。结果表明,在TEOS/Si=1/6、R/Si=0.9、Ph/R=0.75时,制备了一种性能优良的聚硅氧烷阻燃剂微粉。在加入5%(质量分数,下同)该阻燃剂后,聚碳酸酯的极限氧指数从26%增加到了35.5%。
Polysiloxane flame retardants were synthesized through co-hydrolysis condensation reaction using tetraethoxysilane, phenyltrimethoxysilicone, diphenyldimethoxysilane, and methyltrimethoxysilane as the starting materials. Taking the weight ratios of TEOS/Si, R/Si and Ph/R as 0.17, 0. 9, and 0. 75, respectively, the product was used in polycarbonate at 5 wt%, the LOI was increased from 26 % to 35.5 %.
