Optimization of the extraction water-soluble polysaccharides from Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz by orthogonal rotatable central composite design

摘要 目的:优化白术水溶性多糖提取工艺。方法:以白术水溶性多糖得率为考察指标,在单因素实验的基础上,采用二次正交旋转组合设计方法,对影响白术水溶性多糖提取工艺的因素进行研究。结果:料液比、提取温度、提取时间对白术水溶性多糖提取影响较大。结论:白术水溶性多糖最佳提取工艺为:料液比1∶30、提取温度80℃、提取时间180min、提取一次,在此工艺条件下,白术多糖得率为8·472%。 Purpose; The optimal extraction technology of water- soluble polysaccharide from Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz was performed.Methods:The effect of the three factors (solvent and solid ratio, extracting temperature,and extracting time)on the water-soluble polysaccharides of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz was carried out by orthogonal rotatable central composite design and single factor experiment.Results:The effect of solvent and solid ratio,extracting temperature,and extracting time on water-soluble polysaccharide extracts from Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz was great.Conclusions;The best extraction conditions were as follows:solvent and solid ratio 1 :30, extracting temperature 80℃, extracting time 180 min and extracting one time.The yield of the polysaccharides of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz was 8.472%.
