摘要 1α,25-(OH)2D3是维生素D在体内发挥生理作用的活性形式。活性维生素D3除了具有调节钙磷代谢的功能外,还对多种肿瘤有预防和治疗作用。活性维生素D3能够抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤血管新生以及对某些抗肿瘤药物具有协同增强作用,而这些活性都与其对肿瘤信号转导的作用密切相关。活性维生素D3可以通过多种途径和机制干扰肿瘤细胞的信号转导。本文对活性维生素D3的抗肿瘤信号转导作用进行综述。 1α,25(OH)2D3 is the most active metabolite of Vitamin D and plays major roles in the regulation of calcium and phosphorus metabolism. It might have potentials as preventative and therapeutic anticancer agents, 1α,25(OH)2D3 can inhibit tumor cell proliferation, induce tumor cell differentiation and apoptosis, inhibit angiogenesis and potentiates the anticancer effects of many cytotoxic and antiproliferative anticancer agents. All these antitumor activities are closely related to its action towards tumor-related signalling pathways, 1α,25(OH)2D3 can interrupt tumor cell signalling pathways in different ways and in different mechanisms. This review will cover the recent findings in this area.
