摘要
为便于求出自然循环热水锅炉简单回路中工质的质量流速,假定上升管沿高度受热均匀.基于简单回路中上升管内工质的动量守恒方程和下集箱两侧的作用力平衡方程,假定三组上升管进出口工质温度并分别计算出下降管阻力和简单回路有效压头,得出了简单回路中下降管工质进口水温已知和未知时质量流速的一种确定方法,以便循环回路工作点的确定.同时分析了循环回路高度、下降管直径、上升管直径对质量流速的影响,热水锅炉设计中应尽量采用小直径上升管、大直径下降管并选取合适的循环回路高度.
Based on the momentum conservation equation of water in the riser and the balance equation of water force acted on both sides of the header, and on the supposition that the riser is heated evenly along the height, a method to determine the massflow rate of a simple circuit in the natural circulation hotwater boiler is given in either case of the water temperature in the downcomer's inlet being known or not. The method is used by assuming the three temperature sets of the riser's inlet and outlet, and by calculating the downcomer's flow resistance and the effective head in a simple circuit separately. So, the working point of circulation circuit is determined easily. Moreover, the influences of the height of circuit and the diameter of riser and downcomer to the massflow rate are analysed. It is concluded that big diameter downcomer, little diameter riser and suitable height of circuit should be adopted in designing hotwater boilers.
