摘要
目的提高执业药师继续教育的水平。方法对相关文献进行检索,对执业药师、相关专家进行访谈。对我国执业药师继续教育现状与存在的问题进行研究分析,对更有效地实施执业药师继续教育提出建议。结果与结论应从内容、形式、师资、经费、时间、评估、考核等各个方面做出精心安排,只有这样,才能切实保证执业药师继续教育的效果。
Objective To improve the level of continuing education of licensed pharmacist. Methods Document retrieval, interviews to licensed pharmacist s and experts. Analyze the problem of continuing education for licensed pharmacist in our country and give countermeasure to settle it. Results and Conclusions The content, form, teachers, funding, time, evaluation, assessment and other aspects should be made careful arrangements, so that it can ensure the effect of continuing education of licensed pharmacists.
