彩色食品包装模塑制品纸浆的染色 被引量:4

Dyeing Properties of the Pulp Used for Producing the Color Paper Mould for Food Packaging

摘要 为研制环境友好并符合食品包装卫生要求的彩色纸浆模塑制品,研究了食用色素亮蓝对壳聚糖改性纸浆纤维的染色性能,并探讨了加入防水剂对染色效果的影响。结果表明,染色温度60℃,染料用量0.4%(对绝干浆质量)、染浴pH值3.5的条件下染色效果较好。实际生产中,可进行常温染色,上染率可达72.3%,褪色率为7.1%。防水剂的加入除能明显提高纸模的湿强度外还能改善纸浆的染色效果,添加量为5%时,上染率可提高到79.7%,褪色率降低至0.3%。 In order to produce the color paper mould environment friendly and which meet the requirement of food packaging, dyeing performance of the pulp treated with chitosan and dyed with edible synthetic coloring material bright blue was studied and the influence of waterproof agent on dyeing effect was also discussed. The results showed that better dyeing condition was dyeing temperature 60℃, dosage of coloring material 0.6 % (on dry pulp), the pH =3.5. In the production, the dyeing can be carried out at room temperature, and the dyeing rate is 72.3%, the de-coloring rate is 7. 1%. The addition of waterproof agent not only can improve the wet strength of the paper mould but also can ameliorate the dyeing effect. The dyeing rate increases to 79.7%, and the de-coloring rate reduces to 0.3% when the dosage is 5% (on dry pulp).
