强化胰岛素治疗对ICU患者低血糖发生的影响研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 实施强化胰岛素治疗可以减少危重患者的病死率，也使患者低血糖的发生率增加，低血糖被认为与ICU患者预后不良及短期死亡有关。在ICU，发生低血糖的危险因素包括糖尿病、奥曲肽治疗、营养支持、碳酸氢盐持续静脉透析治疗及发生败血症等。低血糖的发生限制了强化胰岛素治疗在ICU的应用，对于一些高危患者，可能需要放宽血糖控制目标，另外应频繁监测患者血糖以预防低血糖的发生。计算机辅助的血糖检测技术有利于降低ICU中的低血糖发生率。
