摘要
通过改变助剂(包括催化剂和活化剂)用量合成了两个系列MC(monomercasting)尼龙,对其球晶形态和结晶度等进行了表征,研究了助剂用量的变化对MC尼龙力学性能和摩擦学性能的影响。实验结果表明,催化剂用量变化影响材料的聚合速度和结晶度,加入0.002~0.003摩尔比时材料具有较好的综合力学性能;活化剂用量变化影响材料的分子量,从而影响其力学性能,加入0.002~0.003摩尔比时性能较好;助剂用量变化对摩擦系数影响不大,但对耐磨性有一定影响,加入0.002摩尔比时耐磨性最好。
Two series of monomer casting(MC) nylon were prepared by changing the amount of aided agents (including catalyst and activator). Their spherulitic morphologies and crystallinity were characterized. The effects of changing the amount of aided agent on the mechanical properties and tribological properties of MC nylon were investigated. The experimental results show that changing the amount of catalyst affects crystallinic speed and crystallinity of material. The material has good comprehensive mechanical properties when the amount of catalyst is 0.002 ̄0.003 molar ratio; changing the amount of activator affects molecular weight of material and its mechanical properties. The material has good properties when the amount of activator is 0.002 ̄0.003 molar ratio. The friction coefficient of material is not greatly inflenced by changing the amount of aided agents, but wear resistance is inflenced by changing the amount of aided agents on some degree. When the amount of aided agents is 0.002 molar ratio the material has best wear resistance.
