摘要
目的:通过对金黄色葡萄球菌进行病原学实验研究,为葡萄球菌食物中毒的监控和溯源提供科学依据。方法:本研究采用国标法、mini VIDAS和RPLA法检测食物中毒金葡菌菌株及肠毒素。结果:mini VIDAS和RPLA法在金黄色葡萄球菌所致食源性疾病的流行病学调查与溯源中,已成为可靠的检测手段。结论:合理选用金黄色葡萄球菌及其肠毒素检测方法,为快速应对突发公共卫生事件提供有力的技术支撑。
Objective: To investigate the Etiology of Staphylococcus aureus to provide scientific evidence for monitoring and investigating the staphylococcus aureus food poisoning.Methods:Using China national standard method,mini VIDAS and RPLA method to detect Staphylococcus aureus and enterotoxin in Food poisoning.Results:mini VIDAS and RPLA had become the accurate and reliable determination method in monitoring and investigating the staphylococcus aureus food poisoning.Conclusion:Choosing the reasonable method for determination of Staphylococcus aureus and enterotoxin can provide the better technical support for the rapid response of public health emergencies.
