摘要
目的:建立高灵敏度、快速、简便的测定高脂固体食品中甜蜜素含量的检测方法。方法:采用超声提取、沉淀去蛋白和脂肪、净化等手段对样品进行前处理,用毛细管气相色谱法测定。结果:甜蜜素含量在0.0050-0.20 mg/ml内线性关系良好,Y=9.277×10^5X+2.971×10^3,r=0.9993。当取10 g样品测定时,测定范围为0.050-2.0 g/kg,最低检出限为0.014 g/kg。回收率在91.4%-95.1%之间,RSD为2.2%-5.7%。结论:本法灵敏度高、检测限低、线性范围宽,操作比较简便、快速,结果准确,适合于高脂固体食品和普通固体食品中甜蜜素含量的检测。
Objective: To set up a new method to test the content of sodium cyclamate in fat-rich solid food which is highly sensitive,swift,and convenient.Methods:Treat the sample with ultrasonic extraction,remove protein and fat by precipitation,and purification before testing by capillary gas chromatography.Results:Linear relation is fine with sodium cyclamate contents between 0.0050 and 0.20 mg/ml,Y=9.277×10^5X+2.971×10^3,r=0.9993.When testing a sample of 10 grams,it ranges from 0.050 to 2.0 g/kg,with a lowest detection limit of 0.014 g/kg.Recovery ratio ranges from 91.4% to 95.1%,RSD from 2.2% to 5.7%.Conclusion:This approach enjoys advantages of high sensitivity,low detection limit,broad range of linear relation,comparatively more convenient to operate,time-saving,and accuracy.So it is suitable to test the content of sodium cyclamate in both fat-rich and normal solid food.
