摘要
目的:对饮用水中六价铬的含量进行测定。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法,样品经离子交换法分离,浓缩。结果:该分析方法的相对标准偏差均<5%(n=7),相关系数大于0.9998,线性范围为0.0-100.0 ng/ml,最低检测浓度为0.02 ng/ml,加标回收率在96.2%-107.4%之间。结论:该方法检出限低,线性范围宽,具有良好的准确度和精密度,元素之间的干扰相对少,能适应不同基体的水质。
Objective: To determine Cr(Ⅵ)in drinking water by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Methods:Cr(Ⅵ) in drinking water was separated and concentrated by ion exchange and determined by ICP-MS.Results:The linear correlative coefficient of this method was more than 0.9998 in range of 0.0~100.0 ng/ml,the RSD(n=7) was less than 5%,the recoveries were in the range of 96.2%~107.4%,and the detection limit was 0.02 ng/ml.Conclusion:This is a feasible method with low detection limit,wide linear range,less interference,good precision and high accuracy.This method can be used for determination of Cr(Ⅵ) in different matrices.
