摘要
对新鲜人硬脑膜、冻干人硬脑膜、硅橡胶膜和涤纶膜作蠕变测量,用广义Kelvin模型表达蠕变柔量并求得相应的蠕变参数.结果表明,冻干硬脑膜的蠕变性能与新鲜硬脑膜接近,硅橡胶膜次之,涤纶膜偏离较大.为临床硬脑膜重建时选择替代物提供力学测试方法和参考数据.
The creep behaviors of fresh and freezedried dura from Chinese corpses, silicone rubber and dacron membranes are studied. The creep compliance curves are fitted with a generalized Kelvin model which includes three Kelvin units and one spring. The corresponding creep parameters are computed and compared. The results show that the creep behaviors of freezedried dura are close to that of fresh dura, silicone rubber are not good enough, and dacron membrane the worst. Mechanical methods and referential data for evaluating substitutes of dura in dura reconstruction are provided.
