摘要
利用Thermecmastor -Z热模拟试验机研究了温度、应变、应变速率对PRMMCs(颗粒增强金属基复合材料 )流动应力的影响 .在试验数据的基础上 ,利用数理统计的方法得到了该材料的本构方程 .在大多数情况下 ,计算结果与实验数据误差小于 10 % .研究结果为估算设备吨位、优化工艺参数和数值模拟该材料的热成形过程提供了理论基础 .
The influence of temperature, strain and strain rate on the flow stress of the metal matrix composites reinforced by SiC particles was investigated by application of Thermecmasor simulator for hot working .Based on the experimental data, the constitutive equation of this alloy was derived. The deviation of the analytical results from the experimental data is less than 10% at most. The results can be used to estimate the capacity of equipment, to optimize the processing variables and to model the hot working process of metal matrix composites.
