摘要
HDV摄录技术可以为师范生提供有效的学习情境,历练他们敏锐深刻的观察力,更好地激发学习的兴趣。根据需要和可能合理使用这一技术培养师范生的就业技能可从以下三个方面入手:充分利用模拟教学录播重点跟踪提高师范生的说课能力;以点带面多场面多角度对比分析提高师范生的讲课能力;分析模拟求职录播,培养师范生的应聘技能。
HDV camera technology is possible to provide the effective study situation for pedagogicd students and to experience their keen and profound power of observation and to stimulate their study interest well. This technology can be used reasonably according to needs and necessity to raise pedagogical student＇s employability skill. It can be carried on from three aspects： the student＇s ability to interpret the teaching design can be fully enhanced by using key track recording and broadcasting of the simulation teaching; their teaching ability can be sharpened by multi-scene multiple perspectives contrastive analysis from point to area; their seeking employment skill can be trained by analyzing the records and broadcasts of simulation seeking employment.
