摘要
建立了直流电阻对焊电、热、塑性变形耦合的有限元模型 ,介绍了接触电阻的处理方法 .模型中考虑了材料物性参数随温度的变化 ,用该模型对直流电阻对焊过程中电流、电压的变化以及接头变形进行了模拟 ,所得结果与试验结果相符 ,因而该模型可成为分析直流电阻对焊过程的有力工具 .
The finite element method is applied to compute the time variations of current, voltage and deformation for the DC upset but tjoint welding process. Accounted for in the model are the effects of contact resistance, temperature dependency of material properties and electro-thermo-deformation in teraction. The results agree with experiments and suggest that the model could be used to analyze the upset butt joint welding process.
