摘要
目的分析超声误诊妇科急症的原因,探讨减少误诊、漏诊的方法。方法与手术和病理结果对照分析13例妇科急症的超声误诊结果。结果13例中误诊为异位妊娠破裂5例,宫内早孕1例,子宫肌瘤2例,附件肿块1例,盆腔炎性包块1例,误诊为宫内宫外同时妊娠可能2例,未发现异常漏诊1例。结论妇科急症病因多,在诊断过程中应综合分析,减少误诊的发生。
Objective To analyze the reasons for misdiagnosis of ultrasound in gynecological abdominal emergency and to explore the methods of reducing misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. Methods Ultrasound was applied on 13 patients suffering from gynecological abdominal emergency and the misdiagnosed results were compared with pathology after operations. Results Among the 13 cases, 5 cases were misdiagnosed ruptured ectopic pregnancy,1 case was misdiagnosed intrauterine early pregnancy, 2 cases were misdiagnosed hysteromyoma, 1 case was misdiagnosed annexal tumor, 1 case was misdiagnosed inflamed pelvic lump, 2 cases were misdiagnosed intrauterine and extra-uterine encyesis simultaneously, 1 case was missed diagnosis which was nothing to find. Conclusion There are many etiological factors in the gynecological emergency case. It can reduce the occurrence of misdiagnosis to apply aggregate analysis in course of diagnosis.
