摘要
文章采用白松、桦木、青冈木与五合板为原料,制成木材陶瓷.对其各自的性能特征和形成机理进行了较系统的研究,证明了原木(如桦木)制备木材陶瓷的可行性.同时揭示了酚醛树脂在木材陶瓷中的双向作用,即:树脂对木材不同程度的固定与填充,使木材陶瓷的缺陷和表观、内部气孔率产生波动,导致强度、硬度的相应变化,并影响密度、电阻率等性能.
Several types of nature woods (and plywood) were used for making wood ceramics while overcoming deficiency at present time where only medium density fibreborad is used. The present work is carrided with systematic evaluating of the material properties and forming mechanism of the woodceramics. It is shown that natural wood such as bitch can be used to produce woodceramics. Uncovered are the two sided effect of phenol resin in woodceramics due to different fixation and stuffing of resin, defects in woodceramics, and variations of surface and internal porosity. Strength and hardness are also affected so as density and resistivity.
