摘要
Ｈａｄａｍａｒｄ矩阵Ｈｎ在很多领域中有相当的应用价值，但Ｈｎ的构造十分困难，２ｋ型Ｈｎ的构造已得到解决，非２ｋ型Ｈｎ的存在性及存在时如何构造却未得到解决．本文提出了最佳偏移矩阵的概念，得出了最佳偏移矩阵与Ｈａｄａｍａｒｄ矩阵之间的关系，在此基础上解决了２ｋ３（ｋ≥２）型Ｈｎ的构造问题．
Hadamard matrix H n has been applied in many fields, but it is very difficult to struclure H n . Although structure of H n with the form of 2 k is solved, existence and structure of other H n are still a question. In this paper, the best deviation matrix is proposed, and a relation with Hadamard matrix is obtained. According to this relation, structure problem of H n with the form of 2 k3 is solved.
