摘要
供应链中的节点企业间的创新合作是供应链管理柔性化和快速反应的关键要素之一。但是由于供应链节点企业间普遍存在着信息不对称、道德风险和逆向选择等问题,从而限制了企业间的创新合作。本文分析了供应链节点企业合作创新过程中"囚徒困境"的具体表现形式,并在此基础上提出了相应的防范措施。
The innovation cooperation between the supplies chain＇s core enterprises is the essential fators to measure the flexibility and the rapid reaction essential of the supply chain. But because the problem of ＂Prisoners＇ Dilemma＂ exists in the supply chain which greatly limited the enterprises cooperation. In this paper, from Mistrust, intellectual Property and partner＇s opportunistic tendency aspects, the expression styles of ＂Prisoners＇ Dilemma＂ are analysed, the relevent measures are also proposed.
