摘要
以红茶为原料,用Soxhlet提取-升华法提取咖啡因,对使用质量分数95%乙醇和无水乙醇2种溶剂的提取效果进行了比较,并对产物进行了表征。结果显示,用无水乙醇提取的几乎没有产品,用95%乙醇提取得到大量白色针状晶体,产率为0.84%。产物经熔点测定和红外光谱鉴定为咖啡因。Soxhlet提取-升华法能有效地从红茶中提取天然咖啡因.且操作工艺简单易行。
Extraction techniques of caffeine from tea were studied.With red tea as raw material,the caffeine was extracted from tea by Soxhlet extraction-sublimation.The extraction effect of caffeine with 95% ethanol as the solvent was compared with that of caffeine with absolute ethanol as the solvent,and the production was characterized.Result showed,that little caffeine was extracted by absolute ethanol and lots of white crystals was extracted by 95% ethanol.The yield of caffeine from the latter was 0.84%.The production was identified as caffeine by melting point and IR.The caffeine could be extracted from tea effectively by Soxhlet extraction-sublimation and the operation technology was simple and feasible.
