摘要
提出了一种旋转导向工具设计方案，并对其实现旋转导向的机理进行了深入研究。结果表明，这种导向工具设计方案不但能够实现旋转导向力方向和大小的有效控制，而且结构简单，可靠性好。
A rotary steering tool scheme was developed,and its steering mechanism was investigated intensively in this paper.The results show that this kind of steering tool can not only realize the control of the magnitude and direction of the bias force,but also is simple in structure and high in reliability.
