摘要
便携式恒温装置为开展现场设备的比对试验提供了方便,但使用过程中容易因操作不当等因素导致产生测量误差,降低测量精度。通过对便携式恒温装置实际应用数据的分析,探讨水平温场和垂直温场的均匀性、搅拌速度、油槽中液体深度与稳定度、被测数量等因素对测量结果的影响,以便正确、合理地使用恒温装置。
Portable thermostatic apparatus provides great convenience for developing comparison experiment of field devices. However, due to misoperation, measurement error is added, and testing accuracy is reduced. Through analysing the experiment data of portable thermostatic apparatus, this article discusses influence of the uniformity of horizontal and vertical temperature filed, stirring speed, stability and depth of liquid in oil-bath, measuring quantities on the testing result, which will help us to use this kind of apparatus correctly.
