摘要
介绍了发电机模态测试的原理、方法以及评价标准。根据浙江省内投产的多台1 000 MW发电机定子端部绕组进行的模态测试情况,发现均存在100 Hz附近的椭圆型振动频率,应当引起用户的重视,加强端部绕组的检查,必要时在线棒等处加装振动探头,实时监测线棒的振动,防止运行中出现线棒松动掉落事故的发生。
This paper introduces measurement and analysis for mould of the end winding on 1 000 MW Generator Stator. Some good suggestions on preventive measures of resonant vibration are given. Principle of hammering test, test methods as well as the standards of evaluation for the mould measurement of 1 000 MW large generator stator are introduced here.
