摘要
在Web2.0网络环境下,去中心化和长尾理论所揭示的历史形成的数字参考服务中传统的服务提供者(咨询员)与服务接受者(用户)两大身份类别,面临的变化在于向相互参与的身份转变,这为数字参考指示了一个以平台为基础,促进参与的未来发展方向。
The author discusses the change of identity of member in DRS in the Web2.0 , and draws the conclusion that all participatory members have equal status in the Web2.0 DRS, which means an interpersonal network for the communication and collaboration should be constructed for the development of DRS.
