摘要
目的研究由反射镜组组成的新型反射型圆束偏器.方法在对立方棱镜的结构特性和阿贝屋脊棱镜的成像特性分析的基础上,提出了由三个反射镜组组成的新型反射型圆束偏器.结果用反射棱镜共轭理论推导出该反射型圆束偏器在会聚光路中的稳像公式.结论该反射型圆束偏器能实现两自由度偏折光束,正像,具有体积小和适合于宽光谱范围等特点.
Aim To analyze a new reflecting cricular beam deflector consisting of three mirror assemblies Methods On the basis of analyzing the properties of image formation of roof Abbe prism and the characteristics of structure of double Dove prism a reflecting circular beam deflector consiting of three mirror assemblies was presented Results Using theory of conjugation for reflecting prisms imagestabilizing formula for this circular beam deflector in convergent light was deduced Conclusion This circular beam deflector deflects light beam in two freedoms, erects image and is compact and suited for the wideband light
