摘要
目的为建立国防光学计量最高标准,研制光学传递函数(OTF)标准望远镜.方法采用放宽制造公差、合理确定波像差水平的设计原则和方法,解决高精度检测光学结构参数,准确计算和测量MTF及其不确定度评定等关键技术.结果6具两种工作视度的标准望远镜的计量性能均达要求,其MTF扩展不确定度达到轴上0.03,轴外0.06.结论研制的OTF标准望远镜的性能是迄今国际报道中最好的.
Aim To develop OTF standard telescopes for the need of setting the optical measurement standard Methods The design principles and methods with the relaxed requirement of manufacturing tolerances and the appropriate level of wave aberrations were adopted The measurement of optical structure parameters, the calculations and measurements of MTF and the uncertainty evaluation of MTF were achieved Results Its MTF expanded uncertainties reached 003 on axis, 006 off axis Conclusion This result is the best in the world up to now
