摘要
目的分析高速响应电磁阀常见故障模式,评估其工作寿命.方法采用寿命试验,故障模式、影响及危害度分析(FMECA)和生存分析法.结果电磁阀失效模式主要有液压密封失效、电磁线圈短或断路、弹簧疲劳失效、连接支架松动等.工作寿命为30×105次.结论为了提高电磁阀性能指标,在材料选用、加工精度和装配工艺等方面需进一步改进,工作寿命有待于提高.
