摘要
目的研究功率封闭机械式变速器齿轮寿命试验台.方法利用定轴式齿轮、传动箱及弹性扭轴进行功率封闭;利用行星传动、谐波传动及计算机控制技术进行动态加减载.结果电气机械加载器加载速度为12.8mrad/s,试验台功率损失率约57%.结论功率封闭机械式变速器齿轮寿命试验台可进行动态加载,运转过程中载荷稳定,节能率约43%,实现了试验过程的自动控制.
