摘要
目的分析钻削过程中钻头的磨损形式和声发射源及其数学模型.方法用声发射信号与钻削过程的理论关系,研究钻削过程中各塑性变形区的塑性功功率数学表达式.结果给出平稳钻削过程中伪随机声发射信号的能量指标(均方值)和外部加工参数之间的数学模型.结论为进一步利用声发射信号监测钻削过程奠定了理论基础.
Aim To analyze acoustic emission source and its mathematical model and drill wear process in drilling Methods Theoretical relation of drill dimension parameters and acoustic emission signal was described Expression of plastic power in every plastic deformation area was studied Results Mathematical model of pseudorandom acoustic emission signal energy quota(RMS) and external machining conditions were presented Conclusion Theoretical basis is provided for monitoring drilling states using acoustic emission technology
