摘要
目的研究在不同入射边及入射点位置条件下,将直角棱镜用作无畸变激光衰减器所需满足的条件。方法采用以几何光学反射定律和折射定律为基础的光路追迹计算方法。结果得到了各种入射条件下,出射光束与入射光束之间的距离及允许入射光束孔径公式,可用其作为设计激光衰减器的依据。结论根据待衰减激光束口径及直角棱镜孔径,适当选择入射条件,可以实现无畸变衰减并避免产生干涉现象。
Aim To investigate the rectangular prism used as aberration - free laser attenuator under different incident conditions. Methods Ray tracing of geometric optics based on the reflection and refraction laws.Results Distances between incident and emergent beams on the prism surfaces and tolerant apertures were derived under differ- ent conditions,which can be used as design reference of such a king of attenuator.Conclusion According to the apertures of the attenuated beam and the prism. aberrationfree attenuation can be realized and interference effect can be avoided with adequate selection of incident conditions.
