摘要
本文以物理化学理论为指导，实验为基础，较详细地介绍了矿料遇水后，表面电荷的起因、表面电荷的性质和ζ电势的测定。
Guided by the theory of physical chemistry and based on repeated experiments, the paper offers a detailed analysis of the causes and properties of the electric charges on the watered aggregated road surface. It also discusses how to measure the ζ_electric potential of such surface electric charges. It thus brings to light the interactive mechanism of asphalt and aggregates.
