摘要
课堂教学是教师通过协调课堂内的各种教学因素而有效实现预定教学目标的过程。本文通过对比中外基础教育课堂管理方式,指出我国基础教育课堂管理现存状况和国外基础教育课堂管理方式的特点,进而明析国外基础教育课堂管理方式对我国课堂管理改革的启示。
Classroom teaching is a process during which the teacher will achieve his scheduled goal effectively by co-coordinating various teaching factors in classroom. In this thesis, the author compared the classroom management mode of basic education and pointed out the features of that both in China and foreign countries. The author also clearly pointed out the enlightenment we can get from foreign countries and its benefit to basic education reform in China.
