摘要
通过对中国农村科技合作社创建方式的归纳,总结出科技能人型、科技入股型、依托外部技术力量型、龙头企业型等创建模式。在对比和分析这些模式的基础上,提出应在政府的引导和支持下,坚持农民为主体、科技为支撑、利益为纽带的原则,在中国大力创建和发展农村科技合作社。
Through summarizing about the establishing ways about rural technological cooperative in our country, the author sums up establishing modes about rural technological cooperative which include technology talent, pooling of technology, technical backstopping, leading enterprise. On the basis of contrast and analysis these modes, the author proposes that we should guide and support in the government, keep the farmers remaining dominant, support by science and technology, bond with benefit in rural technological cooperative. We should vigorously establish and develop rural technological cooperative in our country.
