摘要
为了充分利用黑龙江省水稻抗稻瘟病资源,采用病斑反应型推断法,利用日本的7个致病性稳定的菌系与12个日本鉴别品种的反应型比较分析,对黑龙江省部分粳稻品种进行了抗瘟性分类。结果表明:141份水稻品种划分为39个品种群,初步推断了60个品种的抗性基因型,分别为新2号型、K59型、爱知旭型、Pi4号型、草笛型、砦1号型,明确了黑龙江省新推广品种基因型,满足育种者对抗源的需求,也为开展抗病基因分析奠定了物质基础。
In order to utilize the resource of the rice in Heilongjiang province resisting against the rice blast, used inference of disease spots reactive, we classified some japonica rice cultivars of Heilongjiang province according to the resistance to the blast using 7 stable pathogenicity Japanese strains. We inferred genetic types of parts of the species of the flee based on the analysis of their reactions to the comparison of 12 Japanese differential strains. As a result, we classified 141 rice cultivars into 39 ones, and primarily inferred the genetics types of 60 species. Their were Shin 2 type, K59 type, Aichiasahi type, PiNo.4 type, Kanto51type, Toride 1 type, and defined genotype of the new varieties in Heilongjiang Province, which have provided the cultivars with resistance source and paved the basement for carrying out the analysis on the resistance of the rice to the blast.
