摘要
提出了一种测量材料热膨胀系数的新方法.此方法以云纹干涉原理及微机技术为基础,使用液体恒温,在常温状态下即可高精度地测取材料的热膨胀系数α值,并且不需要很大的温差,也无需测量试件的绝对伸长量.此方法还可以作热应力分析之用.
The experimental method of moire interferometry is used to the measurement of thermal coefficient.It does not need large scale variety of temperature and measurement of the absolute expansion of materials.Using the liquid to keep the temperature constant, it can measure the α (Thermal Expansion Coefficient)of various materials.It can also be applied to measurement of thermal stress of one point.
